“I was supposed to work as a translator but decided to look for something that would be more challenging and offer the chance for progression and development. After being initially excited about working for an international company, the concept of it started to seem to me a bit unrealistic. It didn’t take me long to realise how wrong I was. I progressed really quickly from the role of Recruitment Specialist to Personal Assistant and afterwards to the Manager of the Administration. I learned loads and continue to learn, which gives me the impression that there is so much still ahead of me.

Po studiach w Grecji wrócilam szukac pracy...
Po powrocie do Polski otrzymalam propozycje pracy od Coca-Cola, ale po przejsciu rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej w GQ od razu nie mialam watpliwosci, ze to sluszny wybór. Od poczatku widzialam w firmie ogromne mozliwosci, co daje kreatywna atmosfera w biurze, a zwlaszcza mentorskie podejscie, które sie czuje od pierwszego dnia az do momentu prowadzenia wlasnej firmy. W firmie rozwinelam zdolnosci personalne, nauczylam sie, jak zarzadzac innymi, jak radzic sobie z klientami w róznych, trudnych sytuacjach. Mam poczucie, ze caly czas sie rozwijam.
I came back to Poland to find work after studying in Greece...
“After returning to Poland to look for work I received an offer to work for a global leader in the beverage industry but after succeeding through my interviews with GQ I decided straight away that this was the only career choice. From the beginning the company showed me the great opportunity available, the difference a creative atmosphere makes, and especially the “mentor” attitude that is used from your first day and continued up to and beyond running your own company. Since joining the company I have learnt great people skills, how to coach and develop people and how to deal with different clients in different situations and I feel I am developing all the time.”
